PROGRAMME MANAGER - EDUCATION AND PRACTICE

A vacancy has arisen for a ?Programme Manager ? Education and
Practice? in All Ireland Institute of Hospice and Palliative Care
(AIIHPC).

AIIHPC is_?_a collaborative of?hospices, universities, health and
social care organisations and charities on the island of Ireland.
AIIHPC advances education, research, policy and practice to improve
the palliative care experience?of people with life-limiting
conditions and their families

?PROGRAMME MANAGER ? EDUCATION AND PRACTICE?

The ?Programme Manager ? Education and Practice? is a senior
post supporting the AIIHPC Director to advance the Institute?s key
strategic role within the hospice and palliative care environment
across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, in line with
the AIIHPC?s values, aims and objectives.

The postholder will focus on the strategic and operational
implementation of the Institute?s education and practice work
programmes. This includes supporting AIIHPC partners and key
stakeholders in developing innovative and engaging palliative care
resources suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate students and
with the continuing professional development of staff and for service
users, carers and the wider community. The postholder will also lead
on The Palliative Hub, a website to help people from all backgrounds
access the information and resources they need about palliative care
practice, policy, education and research on the island of Ireland.

The post is 1.0 WTE Specified Purpose post with a salary of ?**Apply

website**,**Apply on the website** per annum. Salary is calculated
based on level of experience.

This post is based in Dublin at the AIIHPC Office, Education and
Research Centre, Our Lady?s Hospice & Care Services, Harold?s
Cross. Remote working will be considered although there will be an
occasional requirement to attend the AIIHPC office for meetings.
